Daily maintenance of sandblasting machine

The quality of equipment maintenance directly affects its service life, so it is very important to strictly follow the correct maintenance methods. Daily maintenance
1. Start the transmission system to check if it is operating normally or if there is any abnormal sound. If a malfunction occurs, the faulty part must be checked in a timely manner, and the machine must be stopped immediately for repair before operation.
2. Check if the sand material in the sand storage box is sufficient, and the corresponding sand material must be added in a timely manner.
3. Check the wear of the sandblasting gun, nozzle, sand pipe, and air pipe, and replace them immediately if any wear occurs.
4. Inspect whether the sandblasting pressure gauge and gas gauge work normally.
5. Before shutting down, the dust inside the filter and dust collector trolley must be removed.
Weekly maintenance
1. Cleaning of equipment dust collector and cleaning of filter element
2. Inspection of bearings and gears
3. Inspection of air pressure valve and pressure regulating valve
Monthly maintenance
1. Spray gun air nozzle: The skin sheath of the air nozzle needs to be regularly inspected and replaced. If damage is found, it must be replaced immediately, otherwise the air nozzle will be worn by sand, and even the spray gun will be damaged.
2. Sand pipes and air pipes need to be regularly inspected for wear and tear. Is the connection between the sand pipe and the gas pipe tight? Otherwise, sand cannot be sprayed or there is less sand, which affects the normal operation of the equipment. If the damage is severe, it needs to be replaced at once.
3. The vibrating screen is regularly inspected for fatigue damage, and all parts of the body are not damaged due to vibration. The parts that need to be lubricated must be lubricated with oil.
4. Transmission bearing: The transmission of this machine is equipped with bearings and lubricated regularly.
5. Spray gun swing mechanism: Equipped with a spray gun swing mechanism on the top of the host, containing bearings and regularly adding lubricating oil.
6. Reducer: The transmission system of this machine is equipped with a gear reducer. Before running the turbine reducer, grease should be injected every 500 to 1000 hours.
Annual maintenance
