What is sandblasting treatment

Sandblasting treatment uses compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet beam, which sprays abrasives (such as steel sand, brown corundum, glass beads, diamond sand, etc.) to the surface of the workpiece to be treated at high speed, causing changes in the appearance of the outer surface of the workpiece. Due to the impact and cutting effects of the sand on the workpiece surface, the workpiece surface obtains a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness, and the mechanical properties of the workpiece surface are improved, Therefore, it improves the fatigue resistance of the workpiece, increases the adhesion between it and the coating, prolongs the durability of the coating film, and is also conducive to the leveling and decoration of the coating.
Sand blasting is to use compressed air as the power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the abrasive to the surface of the workpiece to be treated at a high speed, so that the surface of the external surface of the workpiece will undergo Physical change and meet the quality requirements.
Scope of application of sandblasting machine:

Characteristics of sandblasting:
1) Sandblasting is the most thorough, versatile, rapid, and efficient cleaning method.
2) Sandblasting treatment can be arbitrarily selected between different roughness levels, which cannot be achieved by other processes. Manual polishing can create rough surfaces but the speed is too slow, while chemical solvent cleaning can cause the surface to be too smooth, which is not conducive to coating adhesion.
The function of sandblasting:
Surface cleaning, surface strengthening, and surface beautification of metal and non-metal workpieces;
1. Surface pre-treatment processing: electroplating, painting, Teflon, PU, rubber plastic coating, metal spray welding, titanium plating, and other pre-treatments to increase surface adhesion;
2. Surface beautification processing: decoration processing of various metal products, extinction and soft fog surface treatment of electroplating products, as well as surface atomization treatment of non-metallic products such as acrylic, acrylic, crystal glass, etc;
3. Surface cleaning processing: removal of metal oxide layer or black skin after heat treatment, surface pores, metal or non-metallic surface rust, removal of black and colored spots on ceramic surfaces or regeneration of colored drawings, removal of oxides, residues, or release agents from rubber molds and gravity die-casting molds;
